Snorkeling

You will definitely have fun when we take you to a reef by Banana that has 2,000
to 4,000 fish, all tropical of course, octopus, lobster, abalone, sea cucumbers, and
more.

Then, to top it off, we get to go to a Robinson Crusoe beach for fruit, water
and a chance to catch our breath because we have been in the water for 1 hour
already. After we have sandwiches, we are going right back into the water for the
last reefs with bigger fish.

Rappelling Split Canyon Falls

Located 45 min. of true 4 wheel drive above Londress, a quaint little Costa Rica jungle town. We will pass by a 360 foot waterfall and just slow down because that is not it!! When we hear this great roar we stop, walk in, and cross a 120 meter suspension bridge to a restaurant and cabinas. Remember, we are in the middle of the jungle. Look around you and you will see a U shaped canyon with water falls of 250 feet to 120 feet all around you. There is a peninsula in the middle of this canyon and that is where the restaurant is located where we enjoy breakfast. After breakfast we can walk in about 10 minutes to rappel a 300 foot waterfall (beginners are welcome). This is safe with our guides. For those who do not want to rappel, you can just walk on the 5 different trails.

Turtle Rescue

Turtle Rescue Excursion Night Tour (really fun)
Be part of our Turtle Rescue which takes place each year between Aug 1- Nov 30. These programs will give you the chance to make an important contribution to the preservation of these species. The work is very "hands on" and involves close contact with the turtles. Volunteers are not required to have particular biological knowledge, and so the projects are both rewarding and educational. Experience nature at its best and help Costa Rica's ecosystem. Last year we saved 103,000 turtle eggs, while 70,000 baby turtle we're put into the ocean. Be part of it! Leave Costa Rica with a great feeling!

Night Jungle Walk

We have a Night Jungle Walk that will knock your sox off!!

Take a night walk and discover Costa Rica's wild nightlife! Colorful scarlet and black land crabs emerge from burrows to feed on half-eaten fruits dropped by monkeys during the day. Kinkajous, nocturnal and arboreal cousins of the raccoon, forage for fruits in trees, while bulldog fishing bats may be skimming the stream surface for freshwater shrimp behind the lodge. The jungle comes alive at night, we have a naturalist in the front clearing the trail and making it safe while our guide is in the back watching our back.
